My approach
I believe in holistic healthcare – where your relationship with nutrition, your body, your sex life and relationships matter just as much as your iron levels or thyroid function.
I’m invested in more than just your health issues, I'm invested in the whole of you – flourishing physically, mentally, sexually and spiritually.
When I’m not working, I love surfing small waves, writing poetry, connecting with nature and reading fantasy novels.
