My approach
When we work together, I use over 14 years of experience, Intuitive Eating® principles and a whole human approach to help you create a respectful path forward that works for your life.
I offer nutrition counseling for anyone who wants to unlearn what diet culture has taught them and relearn the eating patterns and foods that help them thrive. So they can get off the diet roller coaster, intuitively understand what their body needs and enjoy eating again.
When I’m not working, I love baking sourdough, learning to surf and a lively game of hide and seek.

How you can work with me

We’ll start by unpacking your food and body story and medical and social history. There’s no judgement – and I won’t put you on a meal plan, take away your favourite foods or give you a list of rules to follow.
You’ll talk, I’ll listen and together we’ll come up with a roadmap for healing your relationship with food, at a pace that feels right for you.
Follow up sessions will involve identifying challenges, learning tools and completing activities whilst we explore your relationship to food, weight, diets and more – and how you want it to look.

Clinical supervision sessions for learning and reflection — so you can confidently support your clients and grow as a dietitian. You can ask questions, reflect on complex cases, explore new ways of thinking, brainstorm ideas and unload work concerns.
